Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes (Alphonso or any sweet variety)
- 1 raw mango (for tanginess)
- ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups water
- ½ tsp lemon juice (optional, for extra tang)

Instructions:
Step 1: Boiling the Mangoes
- Peel and chop both the ripe and raw mangoes into small pieces.
- In a saucepan, add 2 cups of water, chopped mangoes, and sugar.
- Simmer for 10-12 minutes until the mangoes turn soft.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely.
Step 2: Blending & Straining
- Blend the boiled mango mixture until smooth.
- Strain the puree using a fine sieve or muslin cloth to remove any fibers.
Step 3: Adjusting Consistency & Color
- Add more water to achieve the desired consistency (Frooti is slightly thick).
- Add pinch of yellow food color to get the perfect bright yellow shade.
Step 4: Chilling & Serving
