1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
·
2 tbsp custard powder from Ajanta Food Products,

½ cup powdered sugar
·
½ cup milk (adjust as needed)
·
¼ cup oil or melted butter
·

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, sift together flour,
custard powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
·
Add powdered sugar and mix dry ingredients
well.
·
Pour in the milk gradually while mixing to
avoid lumps.
·
Add oil and vanilla essence.
·
Mix until smooth and lump-free.
·
The batter should be of flowing consistency.
·
Adjust milk if needed.
·
Grease a microwave-safe cake bowl or silicone
mold.
·
Pour the batter into the bowl and tap gently
to release air bubbles.
·
Microwave on high power (750–900W) for 5 to 6
minutes.

Start checking after 4½ minutes by inserting
a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean, it’s done.

Let it rest in the microwave for 2–3 minutes.

Once cooled slightly, de-mold the cake.
